Excellent product and great customer support
Great customer service.needed another basket and they got it to me in under a week and sent two. Coffee maker so easy to use and makes excellent coffee. Very pleased with this product

Great Coffeemaker and Customer Service
I love this machine. I've had Keurigs for years and when my last one wore out, I ran across this one and was intrigued by the frother and the fact that it doesn't require the tedious cleaning that others do. It's a simple setup...plug it in, add water and select your cup size, add creamer to the frother and select your setting. It brews very quickly and I loved the frothy cream. Sadly the frother stopped working more than 30 days after my purchase so a refund/replacement was not an option. However, the Amazon cs rep provided the seller's contact info and I messaged them mid morning. By 8:30 that evening they had responded that they were sending me a new frother. Now that's excellent customer service! (Hopefully the new one works).

Hot coffee!!! My way!!!!
I enjoy the ease of cartridges but the coffee is never hot in my other makers. I also like super strong coffee so having the option of filling a basket with ground coffee and controlling the water lets me make what I want. The grinder works well. The milk frother even lets me make custom drinks. And if I’m in a hurry I can pop in a cartridge and still get a robust cup that can handle a shot of milk straight from the refrigerator and still be warm enough to taste good. The basket is big enough to make a strong 14 ounce cup of coffee for the ride to work or divide and make two cups. Great option for the price. I’m going to buy a second one for our vacation home

Coffee shoppe quality
I LOVE my new coffee maker! Good value and makes a great cup of coffee. I especially like the fact that I can brew with K-cups or grounds, grind my own beans, and warm my milk or make a frothy topper from the same machine. Compact design is nice for small kitchen, dorm room, or even on the nightstand! If you want a single serve coffee maker that does it all, I highly recommend this one.

Stopped working after a month
I’ve had this product for a little over a month and it completely stopped working…

A better coffee maker
I used to have a Kuerig coffee maker with a frother, and I think the frother on this one does a much better job, than the Kuerig and there are 4 frothing options as compared to the Kuerig's 2. The brewing and frothing time is also faster. Overall I think this coffeemaker does a better job than the more expensive Kuerig. I do wish there were a bigger water reservoir on the ZACME, though.
