Good value for the price, the only down side on the pulling bar you only get small plastic bracket with single screw for each ends which will not hold if you more than 10 stone, luckily I had the older version from my previous pulling bar which I used,

Ive had this bar a few months now and im honestly surprised by how strong and sturdy it is as was always put off home pull up bars in the past as didn't think they would be this strong, especially given all those fail vids you see with them lol.I weigh 200lbs and it holds my weight perfectly fine for any excercise with no feeling or indication that the bar might give way.I also use it to anchor resistance bands from and pulling in multiple directions even using the heavy band pulling at a tight stretch and maximum intensity and the bar remains sturdy and solid

A decent pull-up bar but be careful as you can damage the door frame if you make it too tight and the wood / paintwork is vulnerable.
