Don’t buy
Didn’t even last a year. Avoid this product from Samsung. They have one of the worst service centers and after sales I’ve ever experienced. You should replace faulty products instead of asking the customer the inconvenience of delivering it to your sub par service centers where you don’t know what condition the product will be returned to you or if it will be fixed.

It probably is a great soundbar, when it works
It is probably a great soundbar, but this unit started giving problems from day 14 onwards, some of the channels stopped firing any sounds at all , and one day it suddenly went blank - but became alright after restart. However, some channels were non responsive. After it happened a couple of times, i reset it to factory settings. all worked well for a week, and then suddenly same problem happened again. But this time , the physical buttons on top refused to work, so i could not even reset this unit. I spoke to Samsung and they did a video service call, and the finding was that I need to take it to a service center. I was pretty upset that a brand new unit has collapsed in under 3 weeks, and made a special request to Amazon, and they were kind enough to take the return. My son adviced me - just stick to a bose, why are you trying out these brands, and its an advice i will follow.

Absolutely terrible
I changed the location if my TV and tried to reconnect, but thats it the light keeps blinking but NO signals. Its been a month it wont reconnect. Tried everything!!!!!!!
