I buy this for my father. Got broken one and without any batteries. Try to call customer service right away within seconds and try to return it. They say we can't return it because it is not returnable. I suggest not to buy it. Worst product ever.

We had purchased this product a few weeks ago and afterit was delivered to us the person who was wearing it was not so comfortable with the product as it was not functioning properly.And then when we tried to refund it the company said it will be done after few days but still it's not done and when we try to get a refund again it says it's not available now.The quality of the product and customer service is really disappointing.We have lost our trust from this company and it's really disappointing again.

My grandfather was not able to hear after this hearing aid he can listen think very better.Battery life is good customer service always there to help you setup hearing aid i like to suggest to call customer service before you setup your hearing aid
