I have been enjoying these vitamin supplements in gummy form rather than just in a cap or tab. Sometimes they are out of stock, which makes me think they’re that popular (ooh, maybe I should shut up!). I sometimes skip my vitamins getting caught up in whatever in the morning, and I really feel I notice my mood is just a tad bit Better when I remember to take them. They taste very nice. I hope to be able to get them when I need them and not go without.

I felt absolutely no difference after using these. I had ordered another one as well, which was a lot more expensive, but those never made it. So, I don't have anything to compare it to, but I know I can't see what all the hype is about. The taste was not horrible, but it was not great for sure. They were easy to chew though.Maybe they work for some people and not others, but for me....I do not recommend them at all. Waste of money for me.

Not quite the raw stuff but good for travel and less messy. Seems to help with energy, some focus.
