Worked perfectly sorting out a problem code that kept repeating. Sorted 👍

Could have been better, i struggled with my internet connection to get it set, but it worked fine for what i needed it after all.Great little tool.I may have purchased accidentally some of the extra functions while scrolling down.

So I brought the MUCAR BT200 PRO to help diagnose an issue with a Nissan Juke Nismo for some reason the MUCAR BT200 will directly communicate with a Vauxhall Astra H ECU etc, but will not Communicate with a Nissan so I have had to manually input VIN to get a diagnostics which isn't an issue but when you want to use BT200 for maintenance functions like SASfunctions it will not communicate with the Nissan ECU even though I have now manually input VIN and run a diagnostic check with no issues it will point-blank refuse to communicate with the ECU when you try to use maintenance functions other than that it is a great product just confused why it will not communicate when trying to use the maintenance functions so if you need the BT200 for a Nissan for maintenance like SAS you will probably run into the same issue that I am having and the BT200 will not communicate with your Nissan ECU be careful and make sure you order the right tool for your vehicle

Works well but be aware it's locked to one vehicle and after 1 year needs a subscription.

When trying to use any of the 15 free resets. They try to charge a fee. Tried customer support, got ignored. Tried another and they couldn't resolve it. I am left with a device that is trying to charge $69 for a service that is supposed to come with the device.
