Supports in all the right places and does not leave you feeling uncomfortable, it is also low profile enough that you don't feel silly out in public wearing it. Easy to adjust and remove, I have tried 6 or 7 different makes and this is the best.

Well, as comfortable as possible when wearing something like this. Has enough padding and flexibility that it doesn't dig in if you bend too far, for example. Good adjustability to find a comfortable position.

I had cervical spine surgery a month ago. The doctor wants me in a hard collar for 3 more weeks. : (The one provided by the hospital is unbearably uncomfortable so I looked for an alternative. This collar is way nicer than pictured. It's lightweight, minimal, and has the same level of support as the bulky collar with more padding. It's a lifesaver!

If I could rate it a 0; I would... Unfortunately when attempting to tighten the rear neck plate after raising one of the plastic securing mechanisms broke. I would have expected a better quality piece in this place for the price of the neck brace. This was my 1st time using this neck brace, immediately after opening the packaging, & shortly after it was delivered. I really needed the brace & paid for quality not something that would brake while setting up. Highly disappointed.

I like the front jaw/chin support. This fits well. The adjustable angle also works well for the most part (could be more secure holding the angle). I don't like the piece in back. Even though adjustable for height, the back piece is not comfortable or effective for me. I think the foam on the back needs to be thicker for better support and comfort for the back of your neck. I may try to cut up one of my old neck foam braces to replace the back piece on this one. It does make me wish I'd bought the inflatable version. Might still return this and try the inflatable version.

It worked well! I could not keep my head raised and now I can!
