Great product
I don't usually write reviews, but I'll make exception this time. The product arrived on time packaged very well. On opening I was surprised at the condition of the laptop, I bought it on the premise it would be excellent condition, I'm not disappointed, it is like new! Great quality, would recommend to anyone. It came with windows 10 pro installed, I'm now in process of upgrading to windows 11 with no issues at all. Very happy

Excellent condition BUT came with a virus!
In fantastic condition and like new so was very pleased until I turned it on!Immediately Windows Defender popped up with a Virus Threat warning. Went through the process multiple times of scanning and following Windows Security prompts with no positive outcome! The warning pop up was more or less continuous.I installed a 3rd party Virus Protection Program and found the location of the corrupted file and removed it! Re scanned for viruses and malware and now clean. Took around one hour 30 to sort and I have some experience with IT! Now working perfectly! BUT very disappointing that the laptop arrived with a malware virus!

Bottom part Split open
SD card reader doesn’t work; computer comes preloaded with malware; bottom part split open; battery life is extremely poor: turned it off with full battery, couldn’t turn it back on next morning.Going to order another one to see how consistent the issue is, and might change the review accordingly. If you read this review, avoid ordering from this seller unless you have time to waste.

Came with a xpiro virus
The outside is great, but it's infected with a virus and no anti virus is working with it, we had to format and install a new windows license with new antivirus
