Easier to move than last processor.
So far, it seems to work very well. I hope it lasts a long time. I love the rotating feature. Processes much faster than my last unit. Do not use the high settings. Too hot.

Fire hazard!
Had for less than a year. Just had it popping and smoking above a clients head. My return window is closed,so waste of money and potentially very dangerous. Going back to my trusty bonnet dryer.

Cheap and not worth your money !
I bought this 2.5 months ago for my salon suit ! So it’s just me using it . Already the lights on the screen don’t work so you can’t really tell the numbers a part you kinda have to guess and it’s making weird noises that you feel it will break down any minute and it scares the clients ! Don’t waste your money

Top heavy
They want to fall over all the time. Very scary when working on a clients hair because it's hot and they are very tippy. Not recommended, 1 of mine came broken at the bottom as well.Looks like it's going to start on fire
