Convenient Product
While I really like it overall, there are a couple of things that could be better. The main issue is that it doesn't dissolve very well in water, so you have to shake it a lot to get rid of the clumps. It also doesn't taste very good because it's unflavored, so mixing it with juice or a smoothie works better. On the positive side, this powder really helped me with my workouts. I felt more energized and noticed my muscles getting stronger, especially in my legs and booty. The added L-Glutamine, BCAA's, and Collagen are great for recovery and hydration, which I love. It's a solid product that delivers good results.

Creatine and Glutamine
This product has a Creatine part, BCAA’s, Collagen, Glutamine, and a Hydration part to it. For the Creatine and Glutamine they are at recommended levels, the Collagen it has only 1G, when I would expect 10G from a Collagen Supplement. For the Hydration the levels of Potassium & Sodium are very low for a typical Hydration drink. Overall a good Creatine and Glutamine supplement, but not for hydration or collagen.

I like it so far
No taste, one scoop, pre workout and to be used while doing glutes exercises. One week of use and so far so good. Great price too so glad I found this on here.

No real flavor, but gritty
This is the second type of creating I’ve taken since starting to work out regularly. I mix it with water and if I don’t add anything else that’s flavored (this is unflavored), I have to drink it fast. The taste is less than ideal. Or maybe it’s the texture. It’s extremely gritty, like drinking sandy water. I’ve been taking creatine for a few months now and I can’t say I see a huge difference, but I know it does a lot of great things for your mind and body so I’m going to continue to take it.

Not enough collagen or L-Glutamine, and maybe too much selenium.
I'm a huge fan of a lot of the ingredients in Betty Booty's hydration boost. I take creatine, L Glutamine and collagen every day. Having them all in one easy to use mix is convenient, though not ideal if you're specific about your doses. Daily, I use at least 10g of collagen, 5g of creatine and 5g of Glutamine. Though this has the desired 5g of creatine, I still need to add collagen and glutamine to get my ideal doses.The hydration blend is also a little confusing to me. Electrolytes are what plants crave, and most people don't get enough magnesium or even potassium. Sodium though, especially as sodium selanate is worrying to me. The label says that one serving contains 72% of the RDA of either sodium or selenium - I'm not sure which. The RDA of selenium is currently set at 55 micrograms. The RDA of sodium is less than 2.3g/day. At 18.8grams at 1%, that turns into .188g or 188 micrograms of SOMETHING. That doesn't translate to the RDA of sodium or the RDA of selenium, so I have no idea what they're saying I'm getting 72% of the RDA of.Sodium selenate can have some great health benefits, but selenium is also associated with some horrid side effects when consumed in excess. And when your body only needs 55 micrograms of something to function optimally, having more than 3x that can quickly lead to excess - especially if you're doing a creatine buildup and having more than one scoop a day.So even though this supplement dissolves easily in water, has most everything I want to to drink before a workout and is super convenient, I don't feel confident enough to take it every day. Having to add additional collagen and L-Glutamine and potentially overdosing on selenium make it not very worth it to me.

Ok so far
I have only tried this a few times, so I can't say anything about it's effectiveness yet. So far, what I can say is that I'm impressed with how well this powder mixes. Creatine tends to mix horribly with water I general, and there was a little remaining at the bottom of the glass, but overall, the powder mixed better than most supplements I have tried. The other thing I'm surprised by is how tasteless this really is. Most things that say "unflavored" have a weird taste in plain water that you really want to mask in something else. While this did have a slight bit of taste, it was very mild and tolerable. It does make the water cloudy, and I would just prefer not to drink it this way. Honestly, I think they missed the mark a little by making this unflavored though. First of all, the packaging lends itself to having a flavor like strawberry. Second, I just want to mix my supplements with water and not have to have an additional beverage, like juice to make it potable.

Tastes GREAT! But very high in sodium
No Sugar, Carbs or Gluten. I like that! Creatine, Glutamine, Collagen, BCAAs- I take all of these separately, so it is great to have all in one convenient dose. It is unflavored so easy to add right into smoothies. Or 8oz of water and consume within 10 minutes of mixing. Use right before a workout for maximum benefit!My only concern is the 73% of DV of Sodium in one scoop. That is very high.
