Exactly as expected, no weird added ingredients
I've used this type of noodle for years, and these are great. No weird other starches or processing ingredients added. Cook perfectly to a good texture. Love that they're made in Vietnam as I trust their manufacturing processes more than some other places. I used them in soup/pho, and they're excellent. A bit expensive for rice noodles, but you know what you're getting. Recommended.

Easy to cook and delicious
This Vietnamese rice vermicelli is easy to cook and delicious. Simply boil it for 10 minutes and rinse in cold water (to get rid of any residual starch). I used it in a stir-fried rice noodle dish and it tasted great. Slightly bouncy and chewy in texture. It is also great in Vietnamese rice noodle salads or rice noodle soups.This comes packaged in a retail plastic pack. The ingredients are rice and water. The quality seems very good and fresh. Product of Vietnam. Overall, I really like this rice vermicelli. Easy to cook and delicious. It is a little pricey for a 500g (17.6 oz.) pack though. Product of Vietnam.
