Does what it's supposed to
I was really torn about giving this five stars. It's not really a five star product--the lack of hinge alone makes me want to take off a point. But, when it comes down to it, the water chamber works perfectly well and, so far, has outlasted the official water tanks I've tried before. It's a bit pricey for what it is but it's still cheaper than the original.I've only had one issue with it, twice I thought I had the lid on perfectly but, when I started the machine up air was escaping from the back of the water tank. This was user error though, one of the little clips on the back wasn't aligned properly and wasn't sealing right. Just be careful closing it and you should be fine.

Leaks after a Couple of Months
I bought this because I like to encourage third-party competition for manufacturers that try to lock you in to their parts, and it was a couple of dollars cheaper than the OEM part. Unfortunately, I'm not happy with the purchase.First off, I don't get the pinching thing: over years of CPAP use, I've never once had my fingers pinched by a humidifier tub lid. Maybe that could happen to someone with severe arthritis, but IF I HAD PROBLEMS WITH MY HANDS, THIS IS THE LAST HUMIDIFIER TUB I WOULD USE: because it doesn't have a hinge, it has latches on both sides, meaning you need both hands to get the top off, and you have to pop twice as many of the snap-on latches. The upshot is that it's much harder to open this tank than to open the OEM one, and I'm really glad I didn't have this thing a year ago when I was suffering from severe carpal tunnel syndrome. Also, I'm not sure that the easy in-and-out feature is entirely good: yes, you don't have to press on the top button to get it out of the CPAP, but you also don't have that "click" sliding it in that lets you know it's in all the way, and there were a few nights where I'd put on my mask, try to go to sleep, and hear whistling because it wasn't all the way in, then I'd have to roll over and knock the tank in more securely. At any rate, the above were minor annoyances. The real deal-breaker was that, after a couple of months, the tank started leaking. I'm not sure why, or how; all I know is that it got to the point where I would have to take the lid off, put it back on, tip it to test for a water leak (easier to detect it with water than with air), and repeat ad nauseam until I finally got a good seal. There were nights this would take 5 minutes, because I never could discover a trick to do it correctly. I did discover that if I pressed against the rubber seal while the tank was open, the seal would sometimes snap back into a different shape, so I think maybe the problem was the seal material hardened after a couple of months--but that's just a guess.I finally gave up, and bought an OEM tank--which was even worse, as it started linking (from the hinges, ironically) even faster than this one had. God, this just makes me older and crankier.

Better Quality Replacement for AirSense 10 - Great Value
The Replacement Water Chamber for AirSense 10 by Medihealer is an excellent upgrade over the factory version. It’s made with better quality materials, ensuring durability and a perfect fit for my machine. The 380ml capacity is just right, and it works flawlessly as a replacement. One standout feature is the ease of cleaning – without a hinged lid, it comes completely apart, making it much easier to thoroughly clean. Plus, the seller offers coupons, adding even more value. This water chamber is a perfect replacement, and I highly recommend it for anyone in need of a reliable, high-quality humidifier tub!

Feels like it was printed, and poorly
Trash. Developed cracks at base of unit so water started leaking out. Lasted a day or two over the return window of 30 days. Also seems to carry smaller vol of water than Resmed s OEM unit. Waste of money. OEM units have lasted YEARS.

Cracked and leaked.
Fits Airsense 10 fine. water evaporated much faster than standard tub. Tub cracked first night when water evaporated and then leaked. Requested replacement which did the exact same thing.

Wouldn’t buy it again
This replaced a Resmed water tank on my cpap machine. For now. This tank has a removable lid over the water chamber. Want to fill the water chamber with water? You have to take take this removable lid off and put it back on after you put water in the chamber. As you might know, the Resmed water tank has a lid that stays attached to the tank assembly. The Resmed lid opens up so you can add water, then simply close the lid. Slightly easier process on the Resmed water tank than this replacement tank. It’s minor, not a big deal.Otherwise, this water tank seems to be well constructed and fits my Airsense 10.I’ll buy the Resmed unit next time.

Does fit resmed airsense 10, seal can be unreliable
While I enjoy the design and not having the top being hinged, the seal for the reservoir is unreliable. Sometimes it seals perfectly and is almost silent when the system is turned on. Other times I’m fighting with the damn thing every five minutes because it won’t seal correctly and you hear this constant hiss you can’t get rid of. It’s almost like if you don’t get it in exactly right, it slips slightly out of the chamber and doesn’t “click” in like the original one does.

New design, works the same.
This is a redesign from the original but works pretty much the same; the latch is a little more difficult to open. Was pleased I was able to just insert it right into my existing machine and it was good to go.
