Got these to add a little bit extra to our walks and they do a great job. It's really nice that they come with multiple weights to insert in the straps to customize the intensity of your work out. The quality of the straps seems good enough. They aren't super premium but not trash quality either...just sorta meh but they get the job done. The weights themselves appear to be accurate with their weight as well.Nothing really bad to say about them. The price is decent for what you get and it's a great piece of equipment to add to your workouts. Just a suggestion for your.....start small and work your way up. I first thought that the 2 pounds would be super easy to wear on a jog, so I did the 6 pounds. While it doesn't seem like that much additional weight you do start to feel it very quickly.Overall really happy with them and would recommend.

What I like most is that the fabric is very soft, so although you have something tightened around your skin with weight in it (that can be uncomfortable enough) it feels very comfortable. The quality is very nice and I feel like these will be really easy to add to my fitness routine.

Las compré y estoy encantada con ellas, porque puedes subir o bajar el peso, según lo que quieras hacer. Son super cómodas, porque las puedes ajustar y te quedan firmes. Las he usado con poco peso para salir a caminatas y con el máximo de peso para las escaleras eléctricas en el gym y otros ejercicios en piso. Excelente compra.
