Its good but got the wrong one on accident, meant to get the pineapple i HATE island punch but 100 percent my fault, imo taste like medicine but my brother said it was good, pump wise and focus is amazing, sucks i got the wrong flavor (i love pinapple) 😭😭😭🫩

By far my favorite pre workout. It gives me the perfect amount of energy and pushes me through. I don’t get the skin crawlys or tingly lips and the Fruit Island Punch is delicious. I throw a few ice cubes in the mix and I look forward to the taste every time. I will continue to purchase this brand and flavor.

Product was received hard as rock, and the couple servings I was able to take were absolutely awful. First of all the malic acid wrecked my stomach and the product taste horrendous. I tried emailing the company directly but there didn’t respond. I would never take this product ever again.

If you're looking for something clean and effective. This is it. The pre workout is very good and it kicks in quick. The powder mixes well and in my opinion it has the perfect amount of caffeine. It’s strong.

I have tried the un-caffeinated version a couple times and it does make you feel good and helps with recovery - BUT I finally tried the caffeinated version and got the boost in the gym I've been craving. I've tried other pre and it either tears up my stomach or gives me the bugs under the skin feeling that I hate. This one doesn't do either. I do a small amount of this in water and chug it in one go because it is like eating a warhead.

Love this pre workout! Really noticed a difference in my workouts and the ingredients are great too! I prefer the one with caffeine because really boosts my energy but that’s personal choice. Tastes great- I like the island punch best but I’ve tried a few flavors

I got the Island Punch favor it’s disgusting… it’s a clean pre but so nasty. Tasted liked artificial bubble gum flavor with mad salt put in, and soap. Gag every time a I drink it but getting my $40 dollars worth. Have to take 2 scoops to feel anything.
