Great experience buying renewed
The box came a little dirty, beyond that the Ally was almost like new,everything is working great with 0 scratches on the screen or the device itself

a little confusion in the description
The item was delivered on time, in perfect packaging and with good condition, but, there is a little confusion, that thing should be Z1 extreme as written in the description, but it is not the extreme, it’s just Z1.I sent it back, the seller should make a correction to the description, it confuses the buyers.

ROG Ally from Amazon Renew Store
I purchased the ROG Ally Z1 Extreme from the Amazon Renewed store. Set it up and installed a 2TB NVMe. Here's my take. While removing the rear cover to install the NVMe upgrade, noticed that one screw was missing. For me not a big problem as I was going to be installing a cover anyway. I also realized that the power adapter is not the original power adapter that ships with the ROG Ally. It is a third party adapter. It works but just not the actual ROG Ally power adapter. Other than those 2 issues, no other issues found. Device is very clean, no scratches, all buttons feel very new and unused. Would I buy from Amazon Renewed again? Depends on discount and what the item is.

Great value for money!
Amazing! Super good deal. The ally had a little tiny scuff on the white plastic, but not at all noticeable. Battery was around 80% health, which isn’t a big deal for me. My unit was labeled as “excellent” but came without a box, it was basically wrapped in bubble wrap packaging. I wouldn't call that excellent, but all in all it looks really good! Again, amazing value for the price. Everything works as it should.

Received faulty item, good customer service
The bad. I received a Rog Ally with a faulty left bumper and a damaged charger with exposed wires wrapped in electrical tape. The good. I explained the situation shipped the item back received a refund with no hassles.
