I use it with Avaya, built into the computer. As a result I've only been using it with the dongle, instead of risking it trying to connect it via Bluetooth. Let me simply say, the connection has been flawless. No instability on any call. No delays. Voice, both me speaking and hearing others, is clear, loud, and overall exceptional. So far this has been a fantastic purchase. The construction of the unit is pretty solid. Some metal and mostly plastic. Fits magnificently with very little slippage once placed on my head. Snug, yet comfortable. The boom mic mutes when I move it in the upward position. All buttons work perfectly. I don't wear the thing non-stop straight with non-stop calls. I cannot attest to battery life, but it seems solid. For just short of $110, I am astounded as to the quality. I imagine you will be too.

Tried a number of different brands.I use voice recognition with a system that calls out fields so you can keep your eyes on the main screen not the text screen.Problem with a handheld microphone, speaker combo is either1. System reads the field, then TRANSCRIBES its own readOr2. You program a delay so it doesn’t “listen” to itself. This works but is unnatural and awkward to use.I also need to be able to hear the people around me.This gives me the best of all worlds.It only covers one ear, so I can hear the voice cues but the microphone DOESN’T pick them up.I can hear the people around me and talk to them easily as only one ear is covered.The voice recognition pick up is as good as I’ve found anywhere.It also links to my computer AND my phone. The only problem (and maybe there is a fix) is it doesn’t pass through the messaging text cues, so I miss phone texts if I don’t keep an eye on the phone.Battery life has been great, I work up to 11 hours and have not had any problems.The single ear cover is very comfortable. I may add some padding on the opposite head clip, but that should be easy.

Ordered these a month ago, with approximately 80 hours of use.Mostly positive feedback: excellent sound quality, good battery life, easy to connect, comfortable.Only negative is the tears on the covering of the padded headband. I like the padding, but disappointed at the poor quality of the covering. May need to wrap with my own fabric to extend the life.

Replaced a Logitech H800 for this.. it was time to replace that cheap plastic.. every time I adjust the headset it would make annoying squeaks.This Yealink is great build quality and fits comfortably on my large head. Its luxury.Sound quality is superb and the cushions are so soft.... could where it all day and not notice.Range was better than expected. Areas in house where previous would cut out from office... this one works perfectly.Only issue ran into was switching from using on Desktop to a new Asus laptop.I would start Teams, and then the audio would literally drop out where I could not hear a thing.After some firmware updates to USB/headset provided by Yeaklink app, and changing settings on ASUS latop.. FINALLY have it working perfectly. Unfortunately, don't know exact tweaks but I also disabled Noise suppression under general Settings in Teams. I blame Teams.PRO TIP: Buy the charging station! You will thank me later...

Best headphone ever used. Good sound quality , multi connectivity, light weight, easy to use

It is a nice product. However, I work 8-9 hours every day and need to run around while on the phone. As of right now, I am get about 7 hours of life on the battery. Not good for a full work day. 35 hour talk time, no that is not happening.

Best headphones we have had in a while. Great for teams meetings, listening to music, Zoom calls, you name it. Highly recommend.

Good clear sound. Great value for the money. Works well with my equipment.
