The media could not be loaded. The fan is very poor in its basic need.Even it doesn't work like a basic pedestal fan because of its its Air throw due to lack of low speed which is like 600 to 700 rpm even though kept the speed upto F4 mode maximum (1200 RPM mentioned in spec.)The main purpose of purchasing this fan is Mist in the form of water spray like humidifier. The mist air even doesn't reach upto 1 feet of distance from fan. (clearly visible in the video).Also the built quality is not optimum as the alignment of fan is not rigid & oscillating ( to fix this, as i tried tightening 1 screw which is not properly matched with a hole).Only the best part of this fan is its Led touch digital display, Good looking fan(& remote), Safety for kids as fingers can't be inserted & but not the least is its Low noise ' cos of very low poor speed.I insist never buy this KUHL fan for such a higher price, an waste product from reputed Brand "KENT RO".

Don't buy and waste your money if you are thinking mist function ll cool the air. Its total waste of money as we can't even return the product. Major draw is the height of the fan, as you cant tilt the pedestal and at the lowest level it is still 1 feet above the bed. So you won't feel the air flow.it can be used only in work area where you are seatedUpdate 22/04/2024: mist function stopped workingUpdate 24/04/2024: service person has come and is clueless what is going on. After checking for 2.5hr he said everything is working fine, but somehow humidifier is not working. Raised ticket for replacement fanUpdate 4/5/2024: 10 days since the replacement request no update on the fan. Looks like my fan with arrive in winterUpdate 9/5/2024 : got call from them after sending multiple tweets and mails. Said product is stuck in warehouse and they will get back to me on ETA for delivery10/5/2024: 30 min callback didn't happen and again shot mail and got the standard response of we escalated it at highest level12/5/2024: I am told that the stock is in transit and it will be received by the warehouse on 15th May. Post that they will deliver the replacement. Fingers crossed.14th May: finally replacement fan has been received : now the summer is over there is no use of the fan butEverytime I see the fan, i regret my decision of buying it. Feels like I should have donated 9000rs to some poor person in need.

If there is an option i would have given zero.I bought it and next day it is not working. Raised the concern and product team confirmed they will arrange engineer at the earliest to resolve. No one came.Bought it on the belief that its from a brand (Kent) and hence expected the same level of quality and customer support.Neverthless worst support ever.No one came and no one responded either.Placed a return order , that also no one given a damn.Then again raised another return request and again got call from the brand support team that again an engineer is assigned and will be resolved within 48hrs.Still, no one came and no one contacted. To the surprise, this is after reassurance that 100% engineer will attend this time.Finally amazon picked the return order.To those who are going to buy this product, this comes without a user manual, a warranty card, what else. No information on how to setup the product nor any info on who to contact and how to contact for support or assistance.Over and all, its worst quality product with zero support and reliability.

First of all , there was a small delay in the delivery but the seller was a really nice guy who has already told there would be delay.He later sorted out thing quickly.I purchased it on April 2024 & wanted to give a feed back after using it extensively. Since it felt bit innovative , even if it was bit pricey , i took a chance. I'm giving it a four star because its good enough & the Mist it produces is excellent & doesn't cause us any harm unlike many heavy duty coolers which just pumps water.I have had & still have such coolers in my Dad's room.It could cause various fungal infections & not good for people with Asthma or any chest infections.So this one is excellent with it Mist. It actually helps in lowering the heat & humidity. But its still not a perfect product. Its not worse either.But bit over priced thus not a money value product everyone could take a chance.Its fan is design seems to be inspired by Jet Engines. Its comparatively much silent than most other fans.The air that comes out of it is bit cool even when we aren't using the Mist function.Its very soothing.But, the downside of the design is that the Air Flow is more focused. Its doesn't have wider spread than the diameter of fan cover itself.May be 6inches more making it suitable for a single person only even in the Rotate Mode. Another flaw of the design is the whole fan chamber , leaves etc accumulates so much dust to slow down the fan.So..for a single person - Perfect- But only if the price was around Rs.7000 because the water tank felt like a complete Jugad. Sor far its working well for me only because I understand its a Jugad & I'm handling it very carefully. When fitted, the almost whole weight of the water is depended on a small plastic lock which could break any time. The tank is bit flimsy as well.If filled with water & falls down few times or from 10+ feet, i could break.The tank can hold water that is sufficient enough from say - 10pm to 7am even in the highest Mist Mode & Fan Speed. The remote control also works well & is useful.The whole fan itself is not for rough use. Use it gently.Its a Variety fan...very Unique and with a Mist function that's far better than many traditional coolers that are not good for health too. So....it depends.But, i would personally applaud the company for doing something innovative. I think if they make the fan bit more bigger in diameter - a 4feet wide , with a bigger & better water tank & bit more study build to match the size & weight, it should be more useful for 2-3people & would be a threat to many coolers out there. I don't want them to redesign the Jet Engine inspired style because it gives a cool & soothing Air Flow. Just make the diameter big.
