Hisencn Replacement Parts for Master Forge 1010037 1010048 Gas Grill Models, Stainless Steel Burners, Stainless Heat Plates Tent Shield and Cooking Grids Grill Grate Repair Kit

I ordered this kit to refurbish my Masterforge model 1010037 gas grill purchased several years ago from Lowe's. The price was a good value as I had priced just the original grill grates for manufacturer last year and found that they were asking over $120 for just the grates. This kit included everything I needed to bring life back to my grill; 2pc grates, 4 new stainless burners and 4 heat plates that mount above the burners. It also included a hardware pack that included new screws to mound the igniter electrode at each burner.While waiting for the kit to arrive, I spent additional time looking at the reviews for this Hicencn repair kit. I began to worry after seeing the majority of reviews stating that components were not the same length and having to modify them to get them to function, etc.Well my concerns were erased when the kit arrived. Everything seems to be of high quality. All parts ended up be exact fit and assembled with no issues and no modifications. One of the big issues with my original Masterforge stainless grates was that I found they were "covered" with stainless and not solid stainless steel. A couple years ago, the grates started to burst open. I assume this was due to the carbon steel core expanding and splitting the stainless exterior. This left sharp edges in many areas and risked getting metal fragments into food. The grates included in this repair kit are made of solid stainless rods. So I expect them to last for the remaining life of the grill.So bottom line, do not listen to many of the poor rated reviews. I assume these individuals owned a different model grill. If you own a Materforge model 1010037, you can be sure that all parts are made to fit this grill every bit as well as OEM components. And with the grates being solid rod, they are better than original.Now I am looking forward to my first grilling.

Seemed like a great deal, so I went with it. Everything dropped in perfectly and has provided me with more years of use out of the old grill.Way cheaper than the big box and great quality.

The product fit my grill as expected but I don’t know how to replace the igniters. There were no instructions in the kit I need help in order to replace the igniters

This kit came complete with everything that I needed to have a new grill again. It was cheaper to replace all the inside parts, than buy a whole new grill. If the outside of your grill is in good shape, this is the way to go. It is easy to replace the parts in a short amount of time.

My grille is several years old and was in need of replacing parts or getting a new one. This replacement part set was just what I needed to forego having to purchase another grille for a few more years. It contains all of the pieces required to replace: burners, burner deflectors and grates.The burners will require you to drill out the old screws from the igniters as they will surely be rusted and won't remove with a screwdriver. No problem, just drill them out with a 1/4" drill. The heads of the screws come off and the igniters release from the burner. The new set comes with new screws, nuts, and washers so they fit right in the old holes.Super easy to replace everything and my grille now performs just like new.

Like.. took my hubs a couple of hours to install, but everything is working great!

The kit came with very sturdy grates. Every component fit as should. Looks like the burners will last as long as the original ones
