These have turned out to be perfect for our dog gate, as they consistently close the door when you let go of it or try to leave it open. And if set up with this intention, you could have them swing back-and-forth like saloon doors.It’s one hinge, but separated into two parts, the top half and the bottom half, Making all you need for a single one-sided door. If you are looking for two doors like you might find on a saloon, you wanna order two of these. It’s also very heavy duty, and I haven’t seen any problem with weight-bearing, as the door we’ve got it on is pretty heavy for its size. I can’t speak for a large solid metal door, but I suspect it would probably even work for that.Very highly recommended!

I bought these to make a hidden bookcase and they were so easy to install!

We ordered the ZXFuture Door Pivot Hinges to create a hidden bookcase to replace the door of a closet in our entry way. The pivot set is very durable and is definitely strong enough to hold the weight of the bookshelf. The directions that were included were pretty straightforward, we just had to do a little extra math to figure out the placement of the hinges so that we still had the clearance for the door to open. Once installed, we added the trim and the hinges were completely hidden. Overall, we are happy with this set.

It comes with two hinges, enough for one door. If you are looking for a pair of saloon doors, make sure you get two sets. Saloon door hinges have a simple design. Installation is quick and straightforward. There are also pretty good instructions included. These are well made and should handle the traditional half door size with zero problem. I love items that are both functional and reasonably priced. These hinges are in that category and are a good buy.
