The media could not be loaded. I was after an electronic neck massager, to help ease the pain from looking at the computer all day. This massager actually was smaller than I had expected from the pictures which was great because I didn't want something so massive and heavy on my shoulders!The best thing about this compact massager is the heating function, feels really nice after a long day on the computer. The only complain I have is that it was hard to understand the voice feedback when you push the buttons. For anyone who is struggling to understand I think the 3 levels of pressures are 'Kneading, massage and acupressure". I found the 3 levels of pressure really good, especially the acupressure, really gives a relaxing massage to my neck.I would recommend this for anyone looking for a neck massager! This would make a really good present for family.

Very weak massage heads. Practically no pressure applied to the neck muscle area. Does not provide what was advertised.

Bought for use on a stiff neck. It is easy to use, the instructions are easy to follow and it is very comfortable to use. I use it on my bare neck. The cover is washable (although I haven’t washed it yet). Charging is easy to do using a usb with coloured lights letting me know when it needs charging and when charging is complete.

Works well as a muscle vibrator but I really wanted something that heated to a high warm heat . Hardly feel anything when using this .Bit fiddly to use

Relatively simple to use and easy to charge. The buttons are a bit finicky to use and need a but more pressure to press than what would normally he required. It does give firm massage though and doesn't need to be plugged in to work so is mobile. Overall would recommend to be fair

I bought this pillow to use it whilst travelling. It’s good if the pillow was not faulty. It doesnor heat up and does not even work after it’s charged.

The media could not be loaded. Lovely product. I had sth similar years ago but it was big and quite heavy. This one is surprisingly light and potable, that feels no extra burden to the neck. For those who prefer strong mode, try lie on a back of chair or just a wall with this that it’ll give you a little push plus the massage:).
