BEST APRICOT JAM
SMUCKERS APRICOT JAM THE BEST? IF YOU WANT AMAZING YAMS ADD A JAR OF THIS STUFF TO YOUR YAMS. DONT FORGET THE BUTTER AND ORANGE JUICE. SIMMER IN A SAUCE PAN. BRING TO A BOIL. ADD A Dadh of ground cinnamon. BAKE At 350 for 1 hour. Covered with foil. ITS SO GOOD. THE BEST YAMS EVER. MAKE IT THE DSY BEFORE. AFTER IT SITS IN THE FRIGE IT JUST GETS BETTER. ALL THE JUICES SOAK IN TO THE YAMS. THE FLAVOR IS GREAT. THE APRICOT JAM IS THE SECERT!

Not homemade but very close
There is nothing like thick gooey preserves on a toasted English muffin. My aunt used to make apricot preserves, and I always I'm trying 2 duplicate the flavor. This comes closer than anyting I have tried thus far. The jars wide mouth made it easy to use a spoon instead of a knife.
