Great vegetarian small gel pill. I have been using this brand for 2 years. My blood test no longer shows a lower-than-average count.The cost is about right with the market. My hair feels soft.

I chose this supplement because it doesn't contain any B6 like the last D3 & K2 supplement I was taking. My B6 is elevated so I have to stop taking any.
