Mono = one Sodium = salt Monosodium glutamate = one salt one glutamate Anything you eat that contains glutamate, if it contains salt, forms MSG when being digested. Anything you eat that has one, and you eat another thing that has the other? Monosodium glutamate when it’s being digested. Any issues you’re having from that presumption is likely just eating too much salt in general. Don’t be scared. It’s deliciousness.

Q: How can people have such drastically different opinions on the same product? Is it flavorful or bland?

The first time I ordered it I added a little salt to the blend, it turned out too salty. Next time I just used the Chicken Crack only to season, it was Perfect. I'm a salt lover but please try first without adding anything. It make your chicken sooooo good.
