Features:Tabi socks, or split-toe socks, have been in Japanese culture for a very long time. They were developed to wear with sandals & wooden clogs called geta. There is a special place for your big toe. Lots of people wear tabi socks: martial artists practicing Aikido or Karate, Taiko drummers, Suzuki actors, and traditional Japanese folk dancers, just to name a few! According to Shiatsu theory, wearing tabi socks benefits the back, the spine, and the digestion due to the acupuncture meridians located between the toes. This separation gives your toes the toe wiggling freedom they deserve, as they separate naturally to increase flexibility and strengthen the muscles in the foot. Great company stands by their product
I was using v-toe socks and didn’t like how low the thick ones were on my ankle so I thought I’d try these instead. I’m very glad I did. Not only are these just as thick and warm, but they have a higher rise so more of my lower leg is covered. They are nice and warm and comfortable and it’s a great price for three pair. I wear a women’s size 8 1/2 shoe. I’m wearing these with my Birkenstock mayuri sandals.I had one pair of the three have a defect where my toe came through the top because the stitching blew out. I wrote to the seller and they promptly gave me a full refund without needing to do a return. This makes me very happy. I bought a second set because they’re such such a good value. Highly recommend!!

Comfortable!
My husband adores these socks. They are soft and feel great, especially that there’s a heel cup! He does wish the side with the 4 toes was a little more stretchy, but they do stretch out a bit just being on.
