What a beautiful orchid! It was securely packaged and came with a heat pack. The root system is encased in a plastic cup and the whole plant will need to be repotted into an orchid pot.

This orchid arrived extremely extremely. I cannot specify enough, how extremely waterlogged and damaged this poor orchid has gone through. It's gonna take so much more time money and effort to try to bring it back to even start the blooming process. I am extremely extremely dissatisfied with this poor quality. This plant is extremely old and with just poor quality, you could see the leaf that actually grew through the pole. Just a sad, sad, product

WOW! WHAT A PACKAGING. WARMER AND GOOD CUSHION. MY NEW BLOOMS WERE UP AND AND LARGE TRESS WAS READY TO GO! THE ORCHID SIMPLY NEEDS SOME LIGHT AND MAYBE HYROPONIC.SO I OBSERVED TO MY SELF, OMG WHAT IS THAT? THOSE ROOTS HAVE BLACK AND WHITE MILDEW! IT IS FUZZY UP. THAT IS A POWERFUL NEW INFECTION. OK I HAVE GOTTEN THROUGH THIS BEFORE. OPEN THE PLANT CUT OFF THE BAD AND DO A TREATMENT. MY LAST 2 ORCHIDS DIED. THAT IS UNUSUAL FOR ME. IT IS SABBOTAGE.

I was surprised at the half-dead flowers received. It wasn’t just the shuffle of packing and shipping. The plant was half brown, buds were black and dead. The flowers had brown bruises going thru them and were about to fall off. I found the pot soaking and smelled of rot and tried my best to soak it off. My continued thought is that this flower had been dying before it left a greenhouse that didn’t care and must have looked like this before shipping.

I do not have a green thumb. I also have cats, so I was weary about getting any type of indoor plants for toxicity issues. I did some light research and heavily googled pet safe plants. In my Amazon search, this plant came up as pet safe— and I thought, why not?Everyone I know said not to buy a live plant online. I have no regrets. It’s been a couple months, and it’s still healthy and alive. My pets leave it alone, and I’m super proud that I didn’t kill it. It helps that this plant has been relatively low maintenance. Now I want more—- maybe I have a green thumb afterall.

Not as described in any way, shape, or form. Appears to be an " air orchid". The listing stated that it would arrive in a container, potted in soil. It did not. Very disappointing purchase. Doubt I will ever purchase from this seller again. Very small plant.

I'm product came in a box that was crushed at the bottom and when I opened it the vessel was broken. The plant however did seem to survive transportation despite the broken vessel it looks healthy it's a nice size plant for flowers and buds I would a replacement vase to replace the one that was broken
