Very poor quality, the app one day working 4 days not, trying to speak with customer service and not getting any help, very expensive dash cam, don’t spend money, I don’t recommend!!

quite simply (and being as polite as possible) the unit I had was at best unresponsive, ok half the time I couldn't actually get it to come up on the app, it didn't detect me walking around my car, peering through , and tapping on the windows in broad daylight, sometimes not even when I sat in the drivers seat! so the smart sense parking or guardian modes aren't really all they are hyped up to be.my wife has a £30 dash cam that in the real world isn't smart, but does what it should and does it as well as this one, not saying I'm off to get a £30 dashcam but after this I'm finding it hard to justify anything at this sort of price level

Initially after the problematic setup the camera seemed to function OK but there is a dearth of information about real world ownership, including standard recording duration and event triggers.Internal camera view at night is OK with the IR, but externally, the front & rear cameras with low/no lights struggle to produce any meaningful image.The cost of the online service is high and speed of online connection can take some time depending on the mobile signal.Initially I had some connection problems between the app and the device but the telephone support (Germany) resolved issues quickly and with the latest firmware some of the issues have been resolved.As a result of the telephone support (don't bother with the online support it takes ages for a meaningful response) I have updated my score to 4 stars.A new and innovative (and pricy) product, there is a lot to like and hopefully the app and firmware will improve in functionality over time.
