Quality purchase, material is functional for purpose intended. The ply within three roll is as advertised. The roll size is as advertised. O have not compared the price to what the local grocery stores are charging, but this is a value product for the price. Regarding speed, product arrive on time.

Cottonelle is the best, however it seems as though the rolls have become smaller, therefore the sales price is an ok value for the money. Quality is good which is why Cottonelle is the only brand I buy.
