Has a sweet taste.
I expected a bit more instructions than, an eyedropper dose under the tongue. I just started this (4th day), I am hoping this will give me a much needed boost in the results I want. But I am also watching my diet, so I am unsure as to how to tell if it is helping.

Dangerous product
After using it my sugar went over 200 .. I believe something must be wrong with the product because it tastes like it if full of sugar .. Really sweet .. This stuff is dangerous for someone with type 2 diabetes because it elevates sugar levels over 200 for me . I’m afraid if I took more of this stuff my sugar levels would really be high because of it ..
