Quality for the money. Higher standard than expected.
The quality on the watchdives WD1680 is of a higher quality than that of other watches at a price point of 3 times. It has high specs and seems to have delivered on those. Blue AR coated sapphire crystal,300m water resistance, ceramic bezel, solid bracelet with milled clasp and solid end links,NH35 automatic movement, beautiful dial, and I can’t forget the great BGW9 blue super lume. I will definitely be purchasing another watch from the watchdives family.

Feels well built!
If you're like me, this is the closest you're going to get to a Submariner, and I'm ok with that! Some people have commented on the bracelet as being of lower quality. I would disagree. Maybe they've upgraded it or something, but I also have another homage with the 904 bracelet, and this feels just as good. My only advice is to make sure and get one of those watch band tools because you're really gonna need it to adjust the size. The clicks on the bezel is very smooth, yet firm enough not to move if you bump it. Mine also likes up perfectly on the 12.Adjusting the date, mine clicks over to the new date about 10 minutes early, which is pretty close. A Rolex will do it almost right on, or within a minute. It's a beautiful watch, and I'm sure you'll love it if you get one. It's got a good solid feel to it and I'm sure it will last a long time.Another nice thing is, I'm not worried about wearing it to work and banging it on things (I deliver packages). The sapphire glass on these are amazing as well! My other one I wore to work for two years, and slammed it on many things. It looks like the day I bought it. Not a single mark. Just the glass alone will cost you $25, if you were to build a watch.Just an update:I'm super impressed with the movement!Mine is within a second since setting it this morning. NH-35 I believe.

Well-made, simple, classic diver
A modern case design, with nods to the mil-sub, but not an homage, IMO. It’s kind of its own thing. A clean dial with no date complication, keeps things very simple, but this watch still checks so many boxes! NH35, 300m water resistance (ISO???), screw-down crown and caseback, AR-sapphire crystal, fully indexed, ceramic bezel … the lume is a nightlight and that’s all I can say. Lol!There’s a lot of watch for very little money. Definitely a good purchase!

Looks great.
Looks great but build quality is decent at best. Bezel is really good. Bracelet is good but a bit jangly. Cyclops is 2x magnification but the date window is a little larger, so date can look gigantic. Perfect proportions and dimensions, so it will fit many wrists. Pretty good piece for the price.

Quality, Looks & Accuracy
After only two days wearing the watch, I was quite impressed with it. It's a great looking watch, and it's more accurate than my Rolex, gaining only about one - two seconds in a little over twenty-four hours. It was easy to resize the bracelet. Initially, I did have a problem resetting the date (the instrutions were not completely clear), but eventually I figured out how to easily do the reset. After a week plus, I'm upgrading my initial rating to five stars.

Very Impressive at this Price Point
I don't know what those who left negative reviews of this watch are talking about. Maybe they received a different watch entirely? For just over $100 I have a very nice homage with a sapphire crystal, ceramic 120 click bezel, solid stainless steel links, screw down o-ring crown, excellent lume (better than other watches I own that cost 2x more), and a proven reliable Seiko movement. And I personally love the design and badging of the clasp. Well done!

Feels cheap
Watch felt cheap all throughout. Bracelet was not finished on one side, bezel felt like it was sliding over a chalk board, bezel pip did not align at the “12” mark. The clasp is large, rattily, and goofy, with only two push buttons securing the clasp, and as you adjust inwards on the six hole micro holes of the clasp, your clasp lifts up higher on one end, thus causing the clasp end to sit up high, and getting caught on your shirt sleeve, pants pocket, and scraping your skin if the clasps swipes past any part of your body. A three hole clasp is better because it does not raise the clasp up higher as you adjust towards the inner adjustment holes. The clasp and bracelet are nice and sharp… especially the clasp! The bracelet on mine was not finished on one side of the top non removable links, exposing the inner parts of the links, and being very disappointed that the actual links of this watch were not solid, but hollow on the inside. The caseback felt a little thin when tapping it with my finger nail, and just plain and flat. The crown sticks ridiculously way past the crown protectors, scraping and digging into the top part of your wrist when you bend your wrist top inwards towards you. Avoid this version of this watch, and get the Steeldive version instead

Impressed!
I was somewhat skeptical about what I would receive when ordering the milsub version of this watch. I wanted a less expensive dive-style watch that I wouldn't be afraid of damaging while doing outdoor activities. This is an unbelievable value for the money. As others have stated, the bracelet isn't the best so I'd advise swapping it out. I went with a Barton silicone band for comfort. Aside from that, everything on the watch is flawless and the movement is reliable and keeps accurate time. Lastly, the lume is very impressive and glows brighter than any of my more expensive pieces. Highly recommend!
