WansMedVasectomy Underwear

It fit me well. I usually wear 2x underwear. And this was fine.Comes with two ice packs, so you can wear one while the other cools in the freezer.If I could have afforded it I would have bought two pairs so I could wash one while wearing the other. My v.asectomy hurt way more than I thought it would and was preparing myself for.I definitely recommend getting these especially if you live alone and are spending that first week alone doing everything by yourself. This will help ease the pain and uncomfortableness a bit.

The underwear are not helpful. They do not offer good support, they do not hold the ice-pack in a good position, and the hole for your member is too low. The only good I got from this was the ice packs. I used them with another support.

Size 38 waist and had to return the XL for the L to get proper support. Construction seems solidand comfortable. The ice packs seems better than the style that goes in the front (alot better at cooling and additional support.) Unfortunately, it didn't come with any kind of instructions and the website on the product doesn't exist so I'm also not sure if I'm using it correctly.I haven't used it long so I can't vouch for the cold packs longevity or cooling ability but will update after my procedure.

I got this with the full intent of getting the surgery only to have to backout due to family-planning dilemmas. While I didn't get to feel their cool relief where they intended, I have use the ice/gel packs for other reasons as they are an interesting material that works well for injuries of any sort. Now I cannot lie and say I didn't try these bad boys on, of course I did. They seemed as comfortable as one would expect them to be, now remember, these are made for a purpose and not to strut around in. I hope these are more of a one time use for most and these seem to fit the requirements for this in regards to durability, functionality, etc.

ice pack is small and doesn't stay cold long. runs big too. go a size down if you want any level of compression. but my opinion is does not hold a big enough ice pack. just get a jockstrap and put a bag of ice then regular tight underwear over... save your money, these don't cut it.
