Excellent attractive product. Retains hot long enough as claimed.More value for money. Absolutely leak proof. very very good travel mate.when the cup lid is threaded to close, it makes metallic noise, which needs attention at manufacture level.

Hotness not retained
I purchased this product on 15 Jan 2025, it has been mentioned as 24hrs hot/cold, It worked only till Feb 2025. Now the hotness is retained only for 6 hrs, I don't see any option of how to opt for warranty or get it serviced.Better don't go for this product of you expect a good life time for the product.

Not worth to money
Quality is low . the water inside bottle didn't even remained cold for 6 hours. Not any value of money . the bottle was looking good and was not damaged but still not working as a good insulator
