Brilliant comfort!
Absolutely nails in the comfort aspect for all the sleeping positions with adequate support. The quality is pretty solid and premium for the asking price. Heat generation is non existent which adds up as a cherry on top the comfort.

Severe neck and shoulder pain with headaches
Used this product for 3 months and have severe knots all along the left neck and shoulder which developed gradually.10 days return window isn't sufficient for this product. Don't purchase.

Google alternative to microfiber soft pillow
The media could not be loaded. Good if used in sleeping position. Not good in sitting position for back and neck support. Only issue is it doesn't feel like it has cool gel infused, so might feel hot during summer.
