Bought this Used - Like New. All parts are accounted for and works like a charm! Easy to assemble with clear instructions. Just have to be patience. Love it.

It works well
It works well! It looks cool and saves space. I just built it so I have to warn you that the assembly instructions are not entirely clear but don’t let that put you off! I am going to buy another single arm shortly.

Does the job well for monitor stand
Good for monitor and displays. If you want to type on the laptop, it will be shaking. For my use case, it works well

Robust. Excellent cable management.
Easy assembly. Well designed.Strong and sturdy EXCEPT flimsy plastic laptop retaining bracket which, as supplied, covers the laptop ports. The bracket can be moved - carefully pop the plastic clips - but care needed to reassemble or the ratchet won't work.I have an over cluttered desk and will be buying another of these.

I'd love to resolve this!
Everything is exactly how it describes and is great. The ONLY thing is one of the arms will not tighten up so if this could be resolved then it would jump to 5 stars I just need an arm replacement 😩

Unbelivable frustration - last 2 screws to adjust - don't work
I read that people had some bad luck with arm being unable to tighten up so it springs back to the top position. Quite dangerous if you ask me. So I spent the eveing assembling it being amazed by the quality of the steel... I finished it and the last 2 screws to adjust the strenght of the arm spring - doesn't work at all... You can't imagine how frustrated I was. An then dissassembling it - an absolute nightmare especially that the content in the box was made like origami. I managed but ... Can't believe.Not recommending it at all.
