Received the item without the lid. Not sure how this is possible. Only the seal is there, but no lid. Will not purchase again

I use this syrup in my iced coffee ☕️, and it tastes really good. I first found this company via their white chocolate syrup (sugarfree) which I love. The white chocolate wasn't available so I tried the chocolate. I don't think the chocolate is as good as the white chocolate but it is still a good syrup.
