Tennis elbow is quite painful and you'll do anything to get some relief. This strap seems as good as any for providing gentle support to the tender area: of course you have to adjust it to get that right. Too loose and it's no good; too tight and it creates other pain instead.The design is good in some ways - the adjustment is easy and very flexible. There's a product label stitched in to it just at the point where the compression is applied, rather negating the value of the covering of the compression pad, unless you snip out the label.Take care with the description. The title says "2 pack" - but actually you can order one or two items, so make sure you know what you're getting.

Over the last couple of weeks I've been starting to suffer from pain in my hands running up my arm towards my elbow, finding it hard to grip, historically I've had issues with my right arm and wrist after a bad break when I was younger so I knew the signs.At the moment it is the Christmas break so hard to get to see a doctor so I acquired this and am pleased to be able to write this review.The strap is really easy to adjust one handed with a little tab that lifts up easily to move the stronger velcro that secures the band on your arm, as I'm right handed and it is my right hand which is affected, easy adjustment with my left hand is really important especially as the volume of the band means I'm wearing it over my clothes (see photo). I attempted to put it underneath but then couldn't pull my sleeve back down and it's not short sleeve weather in Old Blighty.The impact of the brace has been instant, the pain in my hands that ran up to my elbow has immediately eased (otherwise I'd be struggling to type this review!).Fortunately tennis elbow is often a self limiting condition so I'll be hoping it clears up in a few months time but I'm relieved to be able to continue with my life (I'm a carer to my mum who has Alzheimer's and refuses to engage with professional carers so I'm kept busy and need working arms).The instructions are reasonably clear although I felt I needed to double check positioning online just to make sure so maybe a little bit more information could have been useful but a there's so much available online it wasn't an issue.Definitely recommend.
