I've been taking this supplement for a little over a week, and while they seem to be well-made, I haven't noticed any changes in my health yet. They're pretty expensive, costing more than a dollar per capsule, so I'm not sure I'll keep using them after this month unless I start feeling a lot better. i used to buy another brand sold by amazon.com but it offered 5mg per capsule, which is wayy too low. This one offers 25mg per capsule, which is the highest dose used in clinical trials. it's perfect. At first, i felt kinda skpetical about companies/brands i hadn't heard about it but verified that it is indeed rated A+ on BBB

It's really difficult to review supplements like this since the benefits are supposed to be long term. What I can talk about is the experience of taking them.What I liked:-Small capsules, very easy to swallow-Single capsule dose-Made in USA-Good looking packaging, not a lot of wasted spaceWhat I didn't like:-Cap is weird. Trivial, but it takes an extra turn or two to get it off since it's so deep. I actually swapped it out for a flip-top lid from another bottle I don't use as much.As you can see, the experience is largely good.
