Does not do anything to help your shoulder at all but it's a comfortable pillow.

At first didn't care for it too much but if you get in just the right position with it-super comfortable. I liked it enough to keep it but it's definitely a unique design so doesn't work well at all as a pillow to watch TV etc with.

The key selling point of this pillow is supposed to be that little flap on the front that you can put your arm under. But the flap is soooo thin and flimsy that is doesn't actually do anything at all. It just folds over flat when you put pressure on it. You can get the same or better effect with a regular pillow that doesn't have the flap. I regret purchasing this pillow.

Not necessarily a bad product but I just couldn't get comfotable with it. The arm slot seems too low and the memory foam is very firm and then forget about putting any kind of pillow case/cover on it. Not for me, might work for someone else.

This pillow has made it to where I can sleep comfortably on my side all night long without waking up in pain and numb arms! I also love that the cover is washable, easily unzipping. It also gives a nice cooling sensation. I’ve never found a pillow yet that has such a good fit for such a good price!

This is the best pillow I've used a side sleeper. Having had multiple shoulder injuries including a torn rotator cuff and frozen shoulder, this pillow offers a comfortable way to sleep on my side. This pillow has allowed me to wake up with virtually no shoulder pain. On the off times I sleep on my back, I just rotate the pillow and it provides excellent neck support. The cover is washable too! I definitely give this 5 stars!
