It’s Maldon salt! It’s a wonderful finishing salt!

I bought these as a housewarming present along with a bamboo dual sided salt box. The smoke is very subtle and both were in tact and expected (great) quality for a good price. I prefer to finish plates (plain salt is especially great on desserts for a pop of salt) with this type of salt but there’s no reason you couldn’t cook with them.

I will forever feel grateful for my friend who suggested I buy this salt. It is amazing. Best finishing salt I've ever tasted.

I'm giving this 1 star because the product I received had an expiration date 2 weeks from the date of receipt. Regardless of how much I like this salt, I can't use over 8 ounces of it in a 14 day period.
