Do I have to drain the oil out of the engine before attempting this?

is there a vacuum generating element (the one inside the pump rotates on the vacuum shaft from the third picture) or kit is only gasket and oring?

Can you buy the o-rings separately? I already have the MB gasket.

Will this kit fit into the vacuum pump on a 2010 gl350 bluetec 3.0l? mine is leaking and need to have it fixed.
