What a great chair. So comfy, soft. As we are nearly 80 we hoped we could put together, but instructions so clear we did it!Tested everything, husband disappointed he can't use massage as he has a new pacemaker. Reminded him my chair. Deliver company fab. Man lifted right into livingroom. We are ground floor right enough. But 4 stairs to go up.

Apart from the chair being delivered over 2 separate days which was annoying the chair was easy to put together.Great to use abet being a bit slow to react.Overall very comfortable and worth the money.

This was purchased for my papa who was housebound and was a fall risk this chair really helped with the massage and heat control, easy to use, the performance is amazing, the reclining chair is so helpful for his stability to help him get up no noise very quiet, the stability of the chair is also great if your thinking of buying this recliner then DO IT you won’t regret it it’s so comfortable
