If you are cutting or just trying to lose weight, these are a great replacement for any wubbish snacks you might be tempted to nibble on. It's not easy is it? You're constantly hungry and crave certain foods. There moments of weakness and tiredness. These yummy protein bars are a great source of minerals. They are a great source of tastiness, low sugar, great sauce of energy and various minerals. They are also bloody lovely and filling. Personal favourites are Birthday Cake and Karma Caramel thingy-one.I've couple these with a vegan meal replacement shake from the Protein Works 3 times a day. I only eat solid food 4 times a month when I'm out with friends or family. I strongly urge you to treat yourself once a week, it's important to have balance when trying to drop weight or if you're cutting. I never had hunger pains or feel like I could sleep for a month. I've dropped around 8 stone in 10 months. This is combined with the gym 4-5 times a week. Trust me, if I can do it, you can do it.In summary; these are yum, they go in your mouth, they will down your tum, then they will come out of 'you know where' eeek :-)
