This product has some weird values for a few ingredients on the label.10 mcg Zinc?? This won't do anything for you.20 mg Manganese !? Too high.10 mcg Chromium ?? Won't do anything for you.20 mcg Selenium ? Not much.It uses patented TRAACS minerals so that's an excellent thing.

I have a history of joint and bone injures from sports and my body is always aching. I started taking this supplement and within about a week my joints felt better and my bone pain started to go away. I take them every morning with a meal. My diet tends to be low on calcium so I feel a lot better knowing I am getting the appropriate amount of calcium from this supplement. This product is also a lot better value compared to other mineral supplements I have purchased in the past.

Good daily supplement. I tried other brands they didn't do the job. This is very effective product, if I don't take it for few days I get this painful muscle cramps in my legs. Will continue taking it.
