Unfortunately I didn't keep the phone because I need a bigger screen. But the item was looking and working like new. And they issued a early refund when I returned it.

DO NOT BUY. This seller is running a scam. They say its unlocked, it is not. Then they will charge you $200 to return the phone to them. Spent the last four hours bouncing back and forth between xfinity and mint mobile and google trying to get this phone to work. Mint has confirmed the phone is locked to xfinity. Xfinity says its is not possible to unlock this phone since it wasn't done while it had an active account and wants you to get phone service with them then they could possibly unlock it. Google suggested returning it to Amazon since it was purchased through a third party.

When you use the phone for awhile it's get hit.

This review is for the returns process. DNCL-TECHZONE quickly processed my return and refunded my account without delay. The phone was not unlocked as advertised but as a IT manager I know these things can happen. I had to buy another phone from my carrier and pay off the broken one because of the criticality of a timely resolution, however if that were not the case I would have trusted DNCL-TECHZONE to send another phone.

I was amazed that these amazon renewed phones were pristine...AND they each had a charger included. The new phones don't come with a charger anymore. Nice touch, because my wife's old phone charger was not the usb-c type. The phones had no bloatware and had been factory reset. They both updated to Android 14 immediately during setup and, speaking of setup, the transfer of apps and data from my old phone was a snap because it also had usb-c. Not so much on my wife's because her old phone had the old usb plug. However, all her personal data and info in her Google account transferred on first sync with the new phone, so it was still pretty simple since she's a minimal user...phone, text & camera. Ah, the camera...what a difference...the Pixel 7 camera is great! Battery life is adequate for our purposes but could be improved for those who are power users. Overall, the amazon renewed Pixel 7's a good deal for about half the price of new.

Careful. Even if it says your phone is unlocked, its possible it could still be locked, and that's a pain. I couldn't get my phone unlocked. I had to send it back.
