Great Christmas Gift!
I bought this for my brother for Christmas; he’s super into working out. he’s been using it for pushups, as guided by directions, but he also can use it as a base for his calisthenics, which he’s also really into. It seems like very high quality consider the price, he says it’s sturdy, and easy to put away and store/very portable. He also says it’s quite comfortable considered the elbow pads. overall great product!

I will enjoy using this product.
I put everything together right when I got it, and gave it a little test run. I like it! The workout instructions are nice, but it doesn’t show how to attach everything. Honestly though, for me personally it was pretty self-explanatory. I like the bag for storage, and transportation. I think for everything it targets the price point is good. The pads are comfortable, and since my workouts are fairly intermediate this is perfect for my fitness level to sculpt a bit more, and maintain. Seems like it will be overall effective.

Very Decent Product.
Light weight and easy to have with you if your traveling or don't have a lot of space for a robust exercise setup. The board itself is deceptively strong for being made of plastic. The resistance bands are sufficient for the majority of people who are looking for that part. You will build up a sweat using them for sure. Push up handles are much better then expected, they hold very firm once you have them in the board.The plank attachments don't feel right to me. The handles for planking are also to tall. To hold the foam grips, your arms are elevated putting them at an uncomfortable angle pretty much putting the majority of your weight right on your elbows, driving them into the elbow pads. This lead to the next problem, the elbow pad foam is not thick enough. You can immediately feel the plastic under them and its impossible to plank with the board without them. Since half the reason I got this board was for the planking support, this is a major let down.
