Agaro Alpha Robot Vacuum CleanerIt is a wonderful product for Dry and Wet mopping. The Demo given was perfect in all aspects and every point was explained well. It is really a smart device and a perfect hosehold appliance.

Using this the Royal Robot Vaccum Cleaner since last 1 months and following are some of the positive observations:1. Very easy to use.2. Easy to clean the dust storage unit, filter, brush & roller.3. With 5000mah battery can easily do vaccum and mopping 4 times a charge cosidering the cleanable are is around 300sqft.4. Suction power is really good. Various suction modes can be useful to save battery. Highlight of the product.5. Doesn't require to map house everytime as mapping is onetime activity.6. Lidar sensor is really good and works perfectly with most of the obstacles.7. Overall very sturdy and has very good build quality.Negative Observations:1. Uses a Chinese Smart Life app that supports many chinese devices. The same app also controls many of my ceiling lights. You always have that insecurity that you are using a Chinese product.2. It is advisable to clean the filter and dust storage after every full house clean specially before and after mopping.3. Mopping is the weakest point. If device is left with water while charging, it starts leaking so have to empty the water tank post mopping. Mopping quality is also satisfactory. It cannot remove stains.4. Mapping sometime resets automatically and requires either selection of old map or remapping.5. Sensor doesn't go well with small carpets or mats. For effective clean one has to remove all small furnitures from its way.Only major issue is water leaking from the tank.Attached App images for everyone's reference.

Bought this product after going through all the video reviews by experts in youtube and other SMs. This was my first robot vacuum purchase by the way. The initial review was great. The product was working fine. The vacuuming and mopping was adequate for a small family household. The mapping and connectivity was hassle free. I was impressed.Then by the start of the third month, it stopped working. To be specific it stopped responding. None of the buttons work nor did the app. So I called the customer care and lodged a complaint. They regretfully told that it's not serviceable in my area (Kerala )and so they would pick up my device and send it to their place ( i think it was kolkata). So within 3 or 4 days they picked it up from my home. It reached them after another 3 or 4 days. After a few more days, I was informed that they have successfully serviced the device and they have sent it back to me.So I received the device and the surprising thing was when I turned on the device, it started working for a few minutes and it just stopped responding like before. The same issue has again come back.So I again started the whole process of calling them back. This time they said they will replace the entire product and send me a new one. Within a week or so they did exactly that and picked up the old one from me.So far the second product is working great.I have to mention one customer executive named Sanju who helped me through out the whole procedure. Even though they didn't have any near by service centres , their prompt online presence and availability have greatly compensated for that short coming. I am truely impressed by their customer service.So here are my ratings...Product quality and functionality: 5*Connectivity : 4*Service : 5*I would definitely recommend this to everyone..

A very good quality product. Using for past 10 days. Highly effective in cleaning and mopping. Did not find any major drawbacks. May not clean L shape corners properly. automatically detects all areas and gaps and cleans automatically. hair entangling may affect the efficiency of the brushes. to me monitored and removed. Recommended to avoid dependence on house maids. Saves you

The product is really good . Both the sweep and mopping function is good. The only drawback is that there is no water level indicator for mopping ...you have to check on it for every two rooms. Other than that this is really a cool product. Agaro provides good customer service and they explained everything in the demo clearly. So it is easy to use.
