I don't know about the laminate ability, but gel works very well. Keeps brows neat for the entire day, yet washes off well.

The media could not be loaded. I don’t go a single day without applying this brow gel. It does leave a slight bit of shine and sometimes flakes once it dries, but it’s important not to over apply. I will always have this in my make up bag from here on out.

This is a Christmas present
