The taste is terrible but the effects are significant. I didn't notice any difference in my mood but I did notice significant decrease in hot flashes when awake and at night while sleeping.

I’m not even sure if these would work or not because I can NOT get past the horrible, horrible taste of these things! It’s probably one of the worst things I’ve ever tasted in my life. I’d rather suffer through the hot flashes than have to eat these things. Bummer part is, I ate one out of this bottle of 60 and now I have 59 others sitting there in the bottle that are useless and can’t be returned. So much for that 40 bucks. And no, my menopausal brain is NOT exaggerating. They. Are. GROSS.And why do they have MSG in them? If that’s the magic ingredient, I’ll just go get some chow mein from Mr. Wongs and call it a day.

These gummies do not taste good but they have made my hot flashes lighter & shorter. I’m in my 14th year of hot flashes & I have used a lot of different products. I used to use the Amberen capsules but they got so expensive. The gummies are better & cheaper. My one problem with this product is that the ingredient -Magnesium upsets my stomach. I am tired of dealing w/that so I am discontinuing to take them. I hope to find another product that helps with hot flashes but without Magnesium in it. Besides the cost is going up too high.

Not sure why so many reviews say they can’t handle the taste? I have never been able to swallow pills, ever. If I have to take a pill I must chew it up. I’ve had to chew up some of the nastiest tasting crap, some immediately triggered a vomiting response.I won’t go into detail further but seems like now you can get so many types of medicine in gummy form. (Where was this 50 yrs ago?)If you’re looking for fruity flavored rainbows gummies you will be disappointed here. However, if you’re looking for bland, no flavor then we have a winner.I personally prefer no taste. This does not mean they taste bad. There is a difference.My Dr recommended these. Given the fact I’ve been taking them for 30 days now and my hot flashes have pretty much disappeared, my mood is now happy rather hating on everyone and I’m sleeping at night - I’m going to continue taking them. Along with the 12 other different gummy vitamins I take every morning.I pretty much have gummies for breakfast as I’m not definitely not hungry for hours, lol.I just ordered another 30 day supply.I will state this tho:They are very very sticky. All the gummies are constantly stuck together they are hard to get out of the jar. I turn it upside down and bang it in the counter. Then must reach a finger in and try to pull 2 of them off the whole group of them.Still like them tho as they work. So sticky it is!!!Hope this helps some who can’t decide whether to try them or not. I say do it! Has worked for me and I tried about 5 other menopause supplements before trying these and none of them helped near as much as this has.

I am so disappointed I ordered the Amberen Gummies and just decided to pop them open today and put 1 in my mouth and chewed it and had to spit it out so upset wasted money I can't take these or get past the taste I am so upset because I thought this would be something that would really help with the hot flashes , night sweats , weight gain and sleeplessness and I can't even take them they taste horrible I had to spit it out . Waste of money 😢😡

I love the Amberen product. I can most certainly tell a difference when I don’t take it. It truly does help with all the symptoms. However, the gummies taste terrible. Atrocious. There is a distinct chemical taste that I just can’t get past. I’ve tried. It tastes like your fingers after handling a laundry pod, but you still had the taste of a gummie worm in your mouth. I will be switching back to the regular capsule Amberen.
