As with all supplements, it’s difficult to know for sure how effective these are.These vitamins are made in Australia by a company based in New Zealand, and one thing I was impressed by is that they are packaged in a glass bottle, not plastic. That tells me something about their quality. They also have a very strong/fragrant “vitaminy" smell when you open the bottle and a definite vitaminy taste. To me, that’s not a negative, as the medium-sized capsule is not something that you keep in your mouth—it’s fairly easy to swallow.Each capsule contains 26 vitamins in a “vegetarian-friendly” formula. The vendor’s listing here shows a good image of the back label with all the vitamins and minerals listed—B1, B2, B12, C, D, E, and many, many more. The label includes some warnings to avoid taking these if you’re on medication for diabetes, warfarin therapy (anticoagulant), and to avoid too much selenium.It seems to me that I feel alert and energized after taking these. Some multivitamins give me a bit of an upset stomach, but these do not. The jar contains 60 capsules, so this is a two-month supply. The “use by” date stamped on the bottle is about two years out from when I received these. I also take a vitamin D supplement, and this provides some vitamin D (62% of daily value), so I skip the D when taking one of these per day.I am, of course, not a healthcare professional or chemist, etc., but these seem to me to be very good multivitamins. I often hedge my bets when reviewing supplements and give them four stars, but this seems to me to be a five-star product.

Like most such products, they are all about crazy claims and hyperbole. I wouldn't waste my money on this again

These things def got that stank. Haven't noticed any actual benefits

Opened bottle to find powder all over the place! Tried to take a capsule and was disgusted by the taste of the spilt powder. It’s also not returnable!

I wasn't familiar with this brand before receiving these men's multivitamins. They are made in Australia, but distributed in the US. Right off the bat, I was a little disappointed to see that they contain soy because we actually have a couple of soy allergies in our household, but after reading the company's story and understanding their mission, I became more interested and intrigued by the brand. I guess the founder's wife was diagnosed with cancer and so he set out to create a skincare and supplement company that would nourish people from the inside out...this instills a lot of confidence in me that these products are made with extra thought and care and can be trusted. This is a very comprehensive men's supplement and is definitely worth giving a try.

This is a pretty decent option for just run of the mill multivitamin. If you were just looking for a basic multivitamin at a lower price point it's probably a good option to consider but it lacks a lot of the benefit you'd see in ingredients and ingredient quality from a "premium" multivitamin. Very comparable to other basic brands though and if you're just looking for something affordable that compares to the other one daily brands this is a good choice. It has more of an odor than I'd normally get from a multivitamin and it's not terrible but not pleasant either. Doesn't bother me at all but if you're someone that's normally super sensitive to that it's something to consider.Easy to swallow. Pills were all intact with no damage or leaking, they were packaged well. The package looks nicely designed as well. Plenty of time before the expiration date.

This multivitamin is incredible easy to take with a single average sized capsule as a serving. The list of vitamins contains everything you would want and at values that aren't way over the top in daily value percentage. There are two types of ginseng included in this that provide a small boost in energy. The glass jar that they come in is nice and feels like it keeps the capsules fresher. There is a fairly strong B vitamin smell from the jar and capsules that is not the most pleasant but I think that also says a good thing about the potency.

The product was damaged, not sure is a capsule came apart or what but as you can see there was a yellow substance in all the capsules.
