I got this for my mom for Mother’s Day and it was the best gift. While I did have to set it up for her, it was actually so easy to set up (I think if she would have tried to do it herself by reading the directions she probably could’ve done it haha). Me and all my siblings love this gift for her because not only can she upload all the photos she wants, but my siblings and I can all get the app and add photos too! The only issue I had was getting the photos to format right to fit the screen (but I believe this was user error and I probably could’ve made it easier on myself if I were to look for it in the directions manual). Overall a very good gift for older parents and younger people alike

Bought as a gift. Worked for a few weeks. Have attempted reboots, nothing works. Stuck on the white screen. Terrible. Now I’ve missed the return window. Have bought multiple, first time an issue.

I gave this to my Mom for her birthday just 4 months ago so we could send her pics of her 1st great grandchild. It went dead and she has begged me to come try and fix it as she got use to seeing and hearing him everyday. I unplugged like you should. I reset but it would never take. Very disappointingUPDATE: contacted seller and they are making it good and replacing. This is not only one I’ve purchased. Gave several for Christmas gifts and so far my Moms is the only one that went dead. We have enjoyed sharing pics as a family on this frame.UPDATE: seller was great. Responded quickly. A replacement is on the way.

Gave the frame as a gift. I set up the frame and loaded it up with photos before giving it as a gift. Was able to share the code with family and friends. Have over 120 photos and videos and only used 8g. Plenty more pictures to add in

This made the best Christmas gift for my parents last year! Super easy to use, and for the price compared to more expensive ones this one works just the same! It’s been a year and no problems yet. We just keep adding photos and it still has plenty of storage!
