It's just a reaction from the natural sweat on one's feet. Mine came off in bed during night.Fun if you can be bothered but no benefits that I could see.

Can’t give a honest review on if they work as couldn’t get into them, instructions say remove adhesive film from patch, 1/2hr later they ended up in the bin as found this part impossible, very frustrating
